WAVE built a new auto parts production line in 2021, which recently passed the environmental review and verification of Beilun Branch of Ningbo Ecological Environment Bureau. The basic situation of this production line is as follows:
1. Main products and scale
The project’s products are mainly auto parts, and the production scale is to increase the annual output of auto parts by 20 million pieces.
2. Main production equipment
The main new production equipment of the project includes 10 punching presses, 1 plasma cutting machine, 6 hydraulic presses, 10 CNC lathes, 5 vibration grinders, 2 shot blasting machines, 2 shearing machines, 1 three-coordinate, and gas protection 6 welding machines, 3 blanking machines, 2 ultrasonic cleaning lines, 3 feeders, 2 spinning machines, 6 grinders, 6 wire cutting machines, 2 injection molding machines, 1 electrophoresis production line, Geomet 1 production line, 1 pretreatment line, 1 spray production line, etc.
3. Main production process
The main production processes of the project include blanking, machining, ultrasonic cleaning, vibration grinding/shot blasting, Geomet, pretreatment, spraying/curing, welding, injection molding, assembly, etc.
The commissioning of this production line will be put into use in May 2021, which will increase WAVE‘s production capacity by 30% and help WAVE achieve its three-year goal.
